Create custom sales reports with tags

Tags is where you assign relevant keywords to a sales opportunity. A sales opportunity may be tagged by industry, company size, partner, whatever you want. Tags help categorize and organize sales opportunities for tracking and sales reporting purposes.

Adding & deleting tags

Add Tags. Type the name of a tag, click the + button, and voila.

Delete a Tag. Click an existing tag. The delete tag button will appear. Click it to remove the tag.

Filter by tags

Click the filter icon, which is to the right of the search bar. Scroll down to the Tags line. Type the name of a tag, or multiple tags, and click apply. All sales opportunities with those tags will appear under your sales opportunities.

Why is filtering by tag important?

Filtering by tag opens the door to creating custom sales reports, instantly. Any time anyone wants a custom look at sales pipeline, it’s at their fingertips.
