Be in the know with sales notes
Store and access information about a sales opportunity.
Sales notes is where you store information about a sales opportunity. It could be notes from a meeting with the prospect or partner, or something you learned from an internal call or through research. It’s the one spot people need to look to get a sense of what’s happened with a sales opportunity. Let’s take a look at what’s included in a sales note.
Add a Note. It’s pretty simple. There’s a section for a note title and a section for a note description. Once a note is saved there’s a record of the note owner and timestamp.
Sort by Notes. Click the sort icon, which is to the right of the filters icon. Scroll down to the Notes (Newest) line. After you select Notes (Newest) you’ll see your sales opportunities sort by the time stamp of the last note in each sales opportunity.
Why is sorting by Notes important? Have you ever been asked to provide a summary of your recent output? A weekly progress report. A monthly update. Well it’s all here. With just a few clicks anyone can review all of your timestamped sales opportunity-related work.
